1. Scope and who we are

Kiwi Orbit is an independent editorial website available at kiwi-orbit.com. It helps people compare free-to-play online games that may be available to New Zealand players. For the purposes of the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, Kiwi Orbit is the agency responsible for personal information processed through this website.

This policy applies only to Kiwi Orbit. When you follow a link to a game publisher, store, social service or other third party, that service's privacy policy applies instead.

Basic technical information

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process limited request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time, referring page, device information and diagnostic or security events. This data is used for operation, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, not to build advertising profiles.

Information kept in your browser

3. Why we use information

• Browser preferences: remain on your device until you clear site data, use browser controls, or disable saved games in our settings.

Information no longer required is deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of, subject to backups and legal retention duties.

6. Your privacy rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may ask for access to personal information we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate information. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply, such as asking for deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy.
